How to set the E-mail Message size limit per user in Exchange 2007

Open Exchange Management Console
Expand Recipient Config
click on Mailbox
Right click on the user and hit properties
Select mail flow settings tab
double click Message Size Restrictions
Make your changes and hit ok.
